  1. Military Press with band Hold (or DB if band not available ) 15R 15L 10 Together
  2. Lateral Raise x15 s/s with Pulses x 20
  3. Wide Chest Press x 15 -> Close Grip Pulses x 15

BURN OUT

20 Front Raises

20 Banded Press ( or DB presses )

20 Push Ups

100 High Knees

*Completes this burn at the end of every round in every set

Set 2

  1. 90 Degree lateral Raise x 15
  2. Negative Upright Row x S S D=1 x15
  3. Chest Fly -> Skull Crusher x 15

  1. Poliquin Raise x15
  2. Shoulder Shrugs with Band x20 (or DB)
  3. Tricep Kickbacks x20 s/s with OH EXT with band x20 or DB
