  1. Bicep Curl with Band x 15 s/s with Circles x 20
  2. Negative Bent over Row Right, left, Kickback=1 x 15
  3. Lat Pullover S, S, D=1 x 15
  4. BURN OUT30 Bicep Curls

    20 Renegade Rows

    20 Push Ups

    1 Run

SET 2

  1. 1/2 Curl to Full Curl x 15
  2. Back fly x 10R 10L 10T s/s with band ( if available ) x 20 Bent over Fly
  3. Lateral Fly in Side Plank x20 each side 2lb DB or Body weight slow.
  4. BURN OUT

  1. Deadlift to Bicep Curl x 15
  2. 1/2 Curl Push Out x 15
  3. Inward Tricep Ext x15 each side
