  2. B.O Row x15 s/s with 2lb Front Raise Pulses x20 (lighter weights or just body weight )
  3. Bridge Hold Skull Crusher x15R 15L 10T

*20 Renegade Row -> Kickbacks

*20 Push Ups

1 RUN ( 100 High Knees )

Set 2

  1. Hammer Curl -> Ext Rotation x15
  2. W Curls x 15
  3. Back Fly ->Push back x15
