Upper Body Strength Workout

*Dumbbells are required to complete this workout. Resistance bands are also used during this workout but are necessary to complete it. 

 

RIPPED

Set 1

  1. Hammer Curl turn to Bicep Curl ( and reverse ) x 15
  2. Narrow Eccentric Curl x15
  3. Lat Pull over ( ground ) L,R,B=1 x 15

BURN OUT

30 Alt Bicep Curls

30 Seated Banded Rows ( if no use one DUMBBELL )

20 Push Ups

1 Run ( if possible/ if not 100 High Knees )

Set 2

  1. Inward Bicep Curl to Bicep Curl ( Right inward, Left Inward, Bicep Curl ) x15
  2. Bentover Row -Bentover hammer curl x15
  3. Push Backs x30 s/s with pulses x20

 REPEAT BURN OUT

Set 3

  1. Zottoman Curl x15
  2. Kneeling Wide Row S,S,D=1 x15
  3. Kneeling Bicep Curl with Band x12/20 (if no band use dumbbells )

REPEAT BURN OUT
