  1. 1. 3/4 Rep Goblet Squat x15   superset with Pulsing Jack Squat x10
  2. Single Leg Deadlift to Reverse Lunge x10R x10L
  3. Kneeling 1/2 Squat to Knee Get Up x15

  1. 1. Toes Elevated Stiff Leg Deadlift x15
  2. Stationary Lunge x15R x15L  superset with Racers Lunge x10R x10L
  3. Table Top Single Leg Bridge x10R x10L x10 both feet on ground
