  1. Suitcase Squat, Stiff Leg Deadlift x15   superset with 10 jump squats
  2. Dumbbell Overhead Forward Lunge (Alternating legs) x20
  3. Table Top Banded Bridge (three second eccentric phase) x10   superset with regular paced table top bridges x10

BURNOUT (with band)

20 speed squats

20 jump squats

20 crab walks (2 to the right, 2 to the left)

SET 2

  1. Front Loaded Side Sumo Squat x15 Right x15 Left
  2. Good Mornings (Dumbbells over shoulders) x15
  3. Static Lunge x15 Right x15 Left   superset with Racers Lunge x10 Right x10 left

BURNOUT (with band)

20 speed squats

20 jump squats

20 crab walks (2 to the right, 2 to the left)

SET 3

  1. Heels Elevated Front Loaded Squat x15 with weights x15 body weight
  2. Curtsy Lunge to Reverse lunge with Kickback x12 Right x12 Left
  3. Banded Glute Bridge x20 with weight x20 body weight
