  1. Toes Elevated Stiff Leg Deadlift x15
  2. Curtsy Lunge x12R x12L  s/s x10 Curtsy Skaters with Pulse
  3. Kneeling 1/2 Squat with Dumbbell Overhead x12R x12L

  1. 3/4 Rep Sumo Squat x15
  2. Reverse Lunge, Knee Drive x10R x10L
  3. Banded Table Top Bridge x10 with 3 Second Lowering x10 Regular Pace
